MURIEL TAYLOR SCHOLARSHIP FUND FOR CELLISTS

Applicants should be not less than 17 and not more than 23 years of age on 31 March 2024.

Applicants are required to submit

1) a preliminary audition recording

2) a completed Entry Form

3) a letter of recommendation from the Applicant's present teacher

The recording to include:

the Prelude from a Bach Solo 'Cello Suite

a Popper Etude

a Concerto movement of the Candidate's choice

Dallapiccola: Ciaccona, Intermezzone e Adagio, for solo cello

Schumann: Cello Concerto in A minor, Op.129, 1st movement - Nicht zu schnell
